DUH! In the US each year over 300000 people die because of poor diet and little activity. Those who accept a sedentary lifestyle are prone to higher risks of diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, heart disease and who knows what else. This inactivity increases with age as well and the staggering numbers of Americans that do not get the recommended amount of physical activity is nearly 60% and close to 40% get no activity at all.
